Our kitchen serves casual pub-style food with a growing Newfoundland influence.

The menu includes favourites like Chucky's Fish & Chips, pan-fried cod, wings, chicken burgers and clubs, along with dishes such as shredded brisket poutine, butter chicken poutine, calamari, coconut shrimp and pretzel bites. Along with our seasonal specials, such as our lobster rolls.
We source locally whenever we can, including local cod, select produce and Newfoundland made beverages.
Because of our location and changing supply, menu items can vary and popular dishes occasionally sell out. If you're making the trip for something in particular, send us a message on Facebook before heading out and we'll be happy to let you know what's currently available.
BEYOND SALVAJE BEERS
While our own beer is at the centre of the bar, we also like to give visitors a chance to try drinks from other Newfoundland producers.
We carry a rotating selection of Quidi Vidi beers, including lagers, ales, sours and IPAs. Our relationship with Quidi Vidi goes back many years through Happy Adventure Inn, and we're happy to continue that relationship here in Salvage as Salvaje Brewing Co. continues to grow.
Depending on availability, you'll also find products from Newfoundland Cider Company, Newfoundland Distillery Co. and Port Rexton Brewing Co., along with red and white wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
Non-alcoholic options are also available, including non-alcoholic beer, mocktails, pop and other beverages.

The café serves a selection of hot and cold drinks, including regular drip coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, hot chocolate, Orange Pekoe and herbal teas.
You'll also find a changing selection of sweets and baked goods such as donuts, muffins, cookies and pastries, with gluten-friendly options available depending on the day's selection.
Our café offerings can change based on supply, so there is often something a little different in the case.
You don't need to be visiting the taproom or kitchen to stop in for a coffee. Café orders are placed and picked up directly at the café counter.
Please note that alcoholic beverages are ordered separately at the bar and cannot be purchased through the café.
Vegetarian and gluten-friendly options are available, and our team will do their best to accommodate allergies and other dietary needs.
